May Hammoud is a legal expert, working as a Legal officer in the Lebanese Council of Ministers since 2010 and professor of Law at the Lebanese University. Her book “Offshore Lebanese Petroleum – Systems and Contracts” has been recently published and adopted by the national Faculty of Law and Political sciences in the Lebanese University.
