Francesca Mannocchi is a journalist and director for Italian TV, local and international magazines and the author of three books. She has covered the migration crisis in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Turkey, Gaza, Egypt, Afghanistan and Libya. She co-directed, “If I Close My Eyes,” on the lost generation of Syrian refugees in Lebanon. In 2016 she won the prestigious Premiolino award. Her last documentary 'Isis, tomorrow' has been screened at the 75th Venice Film Festival.
