Ali Resul Usul

Dr. Usul received his BA, MA, and PhD from Boğaziçi University, Bilkent University, and the University of Essex, respectively. He is the former chair of the Center for Strategic Research at Turkey's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and currently the dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Istanbul Medipol University.
