Shireen Ahmed is a multi-platform journalist, TEDx speaker, mentor and award-winning sports activist who focusses on the intersections of racism and misogyny in sports. She is an industry expert on Muslim women in sports, and her research and contributions to this topic are immeasurable. She is co-creator and co-host of the “Burn It All Down” feminist sports podcast team. She is currently pursuing an MA in Media Production at X University, in Toronto, where she lives with her children and cat.
