US President Donald Trump has warned that the US attacks on Houthis in Yemen will continue, claiming that Houthis want to stop.
"The Houthis are looking to do something. They want to know, 'How do we stop? How do we stop? How can we have peace?' The Houthis want peace because they're getting the hell knocked out of them," he said.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu threatened to seize parts of besieged Gaza if Hamas did not release captives.
Netanyahu told parliament that "the more Hamas persists in its refusal to release our hostages, the stronger the pressure we will exert".
"This includes the seizure of territories, along with other measures I will not elaborate here," he added.
Israel has denied access to thousands of Palestinians to observe Laylat al Qadr at Al-Aqsa Mosques in the occupied West Bank, WAFA news agency has reported.
The agency reported that thousands of worshippers went to checkpoints that separate occupied East Jerusalem from the rest of the occupied West Bank, but they were prevented from crossing by Israeli soldiers.
US warplanes launched 15 air strikes on the southern area of Sanaa, Houthi-linked media reported.
"US aggression targets southern capital with a series of air strikes," Al-Masirah TV, affiliated with the Houthi group, reported on Telegram.
Israel has killed at least 28 Palestinians in its air strikes targeting homes and groups of civilians across besieged Gaza.
The assault came as Israel continued to close Gaza's crossings to humanitarian aid since early March, causing a severe shortage of food supplies in the blockaded enclave.
