Activist walks to raise awareness on the occupation of Palestine

It's a journey that started nearly nine months ago in the Swedish city of Gothenburg. Since then, Benjamin Ladraa has walked across much of Europe by himself to highlight the plight of the Palestinian people

A young campaigner, on a 5,000-kilometre walk from Sweden to Palestine, has arrived in Istanbul.

Benjamin Ladraa wants to raise awareness about the occupation of Palestine by Israel.

His journey has already taken him through Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe.
