Thousands of Iranian civilians have taken to the streets to celebrate "victory" following the ceasefire between Iran and Israel.

Iranians waved their country's flag and banners as they gathered in Revolution Square in Tehran.

Both countries claimed victory in the conflict sparked by Tel Aviv's unprovoked strikes on Iran that left some 600 people dead and thousands wounded.
