CLAIM, wani ƙawancen kungiyoyin Jamusawa da ke sa ido kan laifukan nuna ƙiyayya ga Musulmai, kwanan nan sun bayar da rahoton karuwar al’amuran da kashi 60 cikin ɗari, inda a 2024 ake samun aikata nuna kyamar sau takwas a kowacce rana.
Ba wannan ne na fari ba
Ba wannan ne karo na farko da ake kashe mace Musulma a Jamus saboda ta sanya hijabi ba.
A shekara ta 2009, Marwa El-Sherbini, mai shekaru 31 ta mutu a cikin wata kotu a Jamus, bayan da mutumin da take bayar da shaida a kansa saboda ya yi kalaman batanci game da imaninta da hijabinta ya caka mata wuka.
A kasarta ta Masar ta zama wadda ake kira da "Shahidiyar Hijabi". Lamarin nata ya haifar da bacin rai a fadin kasashen Larabawa da kuma tsakanin Musulmai a duniya saboda shirun da kafafen yada labarai suka yi a Turai.
Tun bayan wani mummunan harin bindiga da aka kai kan mashayar shisha a Hanau a 2020, wanda ya yi sanadiyar mutuwar Musulmai tara, al'amuran ƙyamar Musulmi yake ta ƙaruwa a Jamus.
A 2022, ƙungiyar CLAIM ta tabbatar da afkuwar irin waɗannan munana al’amura guda 898—kari sama da 732 da Ma'aikatar Cikin Gida ta Jamus ta ruwaito a 2021. Wannan adadin ya kusan ninka wa sau biyu wato 1,926, a 2023 kuma ya karu zuwa 3,080.
Wannan ci gaba da aka samu ya kuma yi daidai da ci gaban jam'iyyun siyasa masu ra'ayin rikau kamar AfD, jam'iyya ta biyu mafi girma a Jamus, wadda ta fito karara ta bayyana cewa addinin musulunci bare ne ga kasar kuma hijabi da nikabi ba sa cikin Jamus.
A karshen shekarar 2023, tsohuwar Ministar Harkokin Cikin Gida ta Jamus Nancy Faeser ta yi ikirarin cewar kasar na da matsalar kyamar Islama kuma ta ce kowane mutum na biyu a Jamus ya amince da kalaman kyamar Musulmi.
Musulman Jamus sun ce kyamar addinin Islama lamari ne na yau da kullun kuma 'yan siyasa suna bayyana ra'ayin kyamar Musulmi a majalisun jihohi da na Bundestag.
Babban masu laifin su ne 'yan majalisar dokokin Jamus masu ra'ayin mazan jiya, kamar su mataimakin shugaban jam'iyyar AfD kuma mamba a Bundestag Beatrix von Storch, wanda ya taba kiran 'yan ci-rani musulmi da '‘'yan iska, gungun maza Musulmi masu fyade”.
A lokacin da zababbun ‘yan siyasa ke yada kyamar addinin Islama, shin abin mamaki ne mazan Jamus na samun kwarin gwiwar kashe mata Musulmi, ko kuma ba a bayar da rahoton kisan da aka yi wa Ayad ba, kuma ba a nuna tausayi ba baya ga cikin al’ummar Larabawa da Musulmi?
Kai wa hijabi hari
Mata Musulmi masu sanye da hijabi, wadanda aka fi gani a cikin "Musulunci" ne suka fi illatuwa da tsananin nuna kyamar Musulmi a Jamus.
A kwanan baya an ruwaito cewa kashi 71 cikin 100 na nuna kyamar Musulmi a shekarar 2024 sun nufi mata Musulmi, musamman wadanda suke sanye da hijabi.
Laifukan kyamar Musulmi a Jamus na ƙara munana da sauya salo zuwa tashe-tashen hankula - a shekarar da ta gabata ƙawancen sun rawaito samun kisan kai biyu, yunƙurin kisan kai uku ko munanan raunuka da kuma wasu laifuka 198 na cutar da jiki.
A shekarar da ta gabata, an tura wata Musulma a Berlin zuwa kan titin jirgin kasa bayan an tambaye ta ko 'yar Hamas ce.
CLAIM ta ce hukumomin Jamus galibi suna yin watsi da lamuran aikata laifuka na kyamar Musulmi.
Abin da ke daure kai shi ne, ba kasafai ake bayyana mata Musulmi a Jamus a matsayin wadanda abin ya fi shafa ba. Madadin haka, ana yawan bayyana su a matsayin matsala, suna ƙarfafa dora laifi a kan wanda aka zalunta.
A matakin al'umma, ana kallon hijabi a matsayin barazana ga tsarin zamantakewar kasar da kuma al'adu iri-iri. Jamusawa na ganin ya yi hannun riga da al'adunsu.
Ya zama abin tunatarwa na bayyane da alama game da ra’aiyin kyamar hijira da neman mafaka a Jamus. A batun Ayad, hijabin ta ya zama abin da ake nufi da nuna ƙiyayya.
A matakin shari'a, matsayin Jamus game da hijabi na da ruɗani sosai.
Da alama tsarin shari'a na kasar na ci gaba da tofa albarkacin bakinsa kan haramcin sanya hijabi, tare da dokokin da ake da su kar a bayyana addini, masu daukar ma'aikata na samun damar hana ma'aikatansu Musulmai sanya hijabi a wasu lokuta, kuma wasu jihohin sun janye haramcin sanya hijabin, inda wasu ma’aikata kamar malaman makarantu da ma alkalai suke sakawa.
Da yake Jamus jamhuriya ce ta tarayya, haramcin hijabi ya bambanta daga jiha zuwa jiha, amma abu ɗaya a bayyane yake - tun daga ƙarshen shekarun 1990, an yi ƙokari da yawa a matakin jihohi da na tarayya don hana sanya hijabi.
A kasar da ke kallon mace Musulma a matsayin matsala ba wacce aka kashe ba, ina mamakin yadda gwamnatin Jamus za ta fahimci kisan Ayad. Shin za su kalla da fahimtar wanda ya kashe ta a matsayin matsala ko hijabi?
Shekaru da yawa, ƙasashe a cikin Tarayyar Turai kamar Faransa, Belgium, Austria, Spain, Luxembourg da Jamus, na ƙoƙarin yin amfani da kowane uzuri a cikin littafin wasan don aiwatar da haramcin hijabi a duk faɗin ƙasashensu.
Suna cewa tabbatar da hana sanya hijabi zai kawar da zaluncin tilasta wa mata Musulmi sanya shi, zuwa bayar da shawarar cewa haramcin zai tabbatar da tsaron lafiyar jama'a.
Ba zan wuce wata kasa ta Turai kamar Jamus ba, in ce dokar hana hijabi za ta kare mata Musulmi daga fuskantar tashin hankali, duk da cewa wannan tashin hankalin mazan Jamus farar fata ne ke aikata shi.
Yadda kotunan Jamus suka gurfanar da wanda ya kashe Ayad da kuma yanke masa hukunci da yadda kafofin watsa labarai na cikin gida da na waje suka bayyana shi zai zama abin ban mamaki.
Shin kotunan Jamus za su amince da kisan nata da abin da ya kasance - matakin mafi girman laifi na kyamar Musulmi?
Shin kuma ko shugaban gwamnati Friedrich Merz zai yi bayani game da matakin da kasar ta dauka na magance karuwar kyamar Musulmi?
Ko kuwa za a goge mutuwar Ayad a ƙarƙashin darduma kuma a manta ta da sauri, yayin da 'yan siyasar Jamus ke ci gaba da maganganunsu na barazana ga Musulmi?
Lokaci ne kawai zai nuna ko za a yi adalci, ko kuma mutuwar Ayad za ta zama wata kididdiga da aka manta da ita a rikicin kyamar Islama da ke karu wa a Jamus.
